Bill Cosby: Right or wrong?

He is saying that parents are not doing their job. Our country is in crisis because of this. He makes the comment that parents will pay $500 for shoes but not $250 for Hooked on Phonics. It has been said that he is talking directly to the African American community. What do you think about that?
